Throughout my time in the youtube comments section for every video involving Rebels, I've encountered so many hateful comments giving completely invalid criticisms on the new show when it hasn't even come out yet. Here's a list of all the complaints along with my own comments on them. Keep an open mind, silly haters. If you wanna see my list of why it'll be awesome, here is a link classicsonicawesome.deviantart…
It's Only For Kids And Not Adults
No, the writers themselves said it was for the family to enjoy. The Clone Wars was a family friendly cartoon. Family friendly does NOT mean it won't have serious and intense moments. The Original Trilogy was for the family to enjoy. Star Wars was never originally intended for only adults. Please, stop thinking of only yourselves.
This Show Is Only Made To Sell Toys
Hey idiots, Clone Wars sold toys. The Original Trilogy sold toys. Why is the idea of Rebels selling more toys such a new thing? The very reason why Han Solo is canonically still alive was to sell more toys according to George Lucas himself.
It Won't Be Dark and Gritty Like Clone Wars
Clone Wars started out as fun and very adventure like in the beginning. It later PROGRESSED to becoming a more dark and serious show. The dark and serious nature of Star Wars has to be BUILT UP and DEVELOPED. Starting off as dark and gritty takes away whatever development the show would have had. Harry Potter had this same development and last time I checked, people loved it.
WHERE IS TEH WAR AND TEH BATTLES!?!?!?!
Rebels takes place in a time where there is NO WAR. The rebels haven't been organized yet, that's what the whole show is about. Sparking a rebellion big enough to fight the Empire! This isn't Clone Wars. This isn't a war drama that gives off the "war is hell" vibe. It's a space adventure just like the Original Trilogy. It's supposed to be fun and entertaining while building up to the inevitable Galactic Civil War.
Where is Han, Leia, and Luke?
I'll tell ya where. All in different parts of the galaxies. A prequel series of these guys wouldn't make much sense. They didn't start the rebellion, nor were they a part of the rebellion before the films. Luke was a farmboy, Han was a smuggler, Leia is a princess. These characters aren't meant to meet each other until A New Hope.
STARKILLER STARTED TEH REBELLION
NOT CANON ANYMORE! Look, I loved Force Unleashed's story as much as the next guy, but honestly, I welcome this change. I keep an open mind. Plus, I think Rebels brings a more meaningful story for the start of the Rebels. It starts off as a brave group of fighters forming a rebellion. In Force Unleashed, it was all a dumb inside job made by the Emperor himself that is destined to end in a hilariously ironic way. Think about it, I'd rather take Rebels's story.
It Looks Cartoony
Hey genius, Clone Wars looked like a cartoon! It was made to look like a cartoon and it animated like a cartoon! Rebels is NO DIFFERENT! Also, don't give me that "ITS TOO DIDNY" bullshit. The cartoon was entirely made by Lucasfilm Animation! Disney had nothing to do with designing the characters and the story.
It'll Be Childish
Just because it won't start out as dark and gritty doesn't make it childish. It doesn't have to be a war drama to be a mature story that everyone will love. The Original Trilogy certainly wasn't. Also, despite the lack of grittyness, it'll still retain dark elements. The first episode is confirmed to death with things like death, slavery, and corruption. The preview and trailers already showed stormtroopers getting shot and blown up, wookies being imprisoned and enslaved, and civilians having their homes destroyed and being taken to prison.
TEH GRATE EMPIRE IS NAHT EVIL
You are an idiot. The Empire was always evil. Seriously, I' am sick of people constantly giving me shit about how the Rebels are bad and the Empire is good. Remember the destruction of Alderaan? An entire planet killed off by a deadly super laser. Last time I checked, that's not a very good thing to do.
The Animation is Bad
Okay, I can sort of agree that the animation could use some work, but the writers and animators have already confirmed that all the footage we saw of the show is a work in progress. The first episode they premiered in comic-con was unfinished.
George Lucas isn't Involved
This is a bad thing? Last time I checked, the man was raping the Originals and ONLY serving as creative consultant for Clone Wars. He barely did anything in his last years as the owner of Star Wars!
Where Are My Clone Wars Characters?
Watch Star Wars Episode 3. Most of them are dead or working for the Empire. Characters like Ahsoka are already gonna appear in Rebels because the show is being produced by the same guys who made Clone Wars to begin with, so please, calm your tits.
Bleh, I'm tired and a little angry. This is all I'll type for now, please comment and feel free to come up with whatever shit excuse you guys have to hate the show, I'll be there to prove you wrong

Why I've given up on Sonic the Hedgehog
Alright, I already declared my leaving of the fandom from my last journal, but you know what, I'm not done here yet. After seeing various videos on Youtube about what to expect from Sonic this year in 2015, I got sick to my stomach. How can anyone expect anything after such a careless mishandling of a formerly unstoppable mascot? I have to do this. I'm making a list of why I left the blue blur and why you should too. I'm sorry if this hurts coming from me, the guy who's only looked at the positives of Sonic the Hedgehog, but this must be said.
His damaged reputation is IRREVERSIBLE
Okay, so after the disastrous Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyr
I'm Sonic-ed out :(
Yeah, I hate to say it but I've lost interest in the blue blur. After the lackluster Sonic 4 Ep 2, the underwhelming Sonic Lost World, and the atomic bomb of a game Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, I just can't wait any longer for a Sonic game that'll blow my mind. It's clear to me now that SEGA just doesn't know what to do with him. You can go ahead and say Sonic Boom was made by another developer but this is something SEGA allowed and approved. Nintendo wouldn't let such a thing happen to their characters. You can also argue that the new show makes up for it but really, it doesn't, AT ALL. I want a GAME dammit. Anyways, I'm leaving the Sonic fand
Sonic Boom Premiere Review
So I got to see the new Sonic Boom two days ago and now I'm gonna review it. Before I do so, I'd like to state my current opinions on the previous cartoons. Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog is mediocre, Sonic SatAM is great, Sonic Underground is awful, Sonic OVA is meh, and Sonic X is terrible but not the worst. I'm judging this cartoon as the action comedy sitcom that the writers have made it out to be countless times. It's not meant to be a complex story full of arcs, it's suppose to be funny and actiony. So anyways, here are my thoughts on the first two episodes.
The Intro Theme
It starts out cool but ends way too soon. It could have be
Star Wars Rebels: Spark of the Rebellion Review
Star Wars Rebels is the new cartoon series by Lucasfilms and Disney that serves as somewhat of a sequel show to Clone Wars while being it's own thing at the same time. It takes place about 15 years after Revenge of the Sith and 5 years before A New Hope. This review will be about the first two episodes, both merged into one 45 minute pilot movie, and named "Spark of the Rebellion."
The story revolves around a 14 year old thief and con artist named Ezra Bridger, who tries to survive life under the Galactic Empire and just so happens to be force sensitive. This means he has the ability to use the force and potentially become a Jedi(or Sith), b

Despite your entire post,
after all of rebels id say that it was terrible, the animation was horrific and this story slimly made it above decent. Keep in mind this is only my opinion and I dont mean to offend anyone
